Advertising Terms and Conditions

Kids-List reserves the right to refuse any listings or advertising at its sole discretion.

Your credit card or PayPal® account will be charged when your ad has been accepted and is being posted to our website. Please review your final ad carefully. Once your ad has gone "live" on our site there are no refunds of your advertising fee.

Banner Ads: The active dates for your ad will be calculated from the time it goes "live." At the end of the campaign, your advertisement will be removed from our system, unless it has been renewed, paid for and accepted by Kids-List.

Program Listing Upgrades: The active dates for your Program Listing Upgrades will be calculated from the time it goes "live". At the end of the term your listing will revert to the free basic listing unless it has been renewed, paid for and accepted by Kids-List.

We do not guarantee or warrant how many people will see your ad or the effectiveness of your ad.
